Jerry Atkins
A founding partner of Atkins & Breskin, and current CEO of Gold Hat Realty, Jerry Atkins has served as principal on hundreds of real estate transactions. Jerry Atkins holds an MD from New York University Medical School and a BA in chemistry from Rutgers University. Jerry Atkins is also an accomplished sculptor. Thomas Battaglia
Thomas Battaglia joined Gold Hat Realty in 2015 (previously Atkins + Breskin). Thomas is responsible in handling the daily operations of Gold Hat Realty. His responsibilities include tracking the finances of the company along with overseeing new client acquisitions and business services. Thomas graduated Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Finance and Associate in Accounting. Prior to joining Gold Hat Realty, he was working as a project manager based in New Jersey.
Taniesha Savery
Taniesha Savery joined Gold Hat Realty in 2016 (previously Atkins + Breskin). Taniesha has been an integral member of Gold Hat Realty & Atkins and Breskin. She is responsible for day to day operations, as well as involved in strategic growth at Gold Hat Realty. As a veteran member of Jerry Atkin's companies, Taniesha assists in all aspects of business from finance, administration & property management. In addition, Taniesha is a notary public and has a BS in accounting.
